This is an original painting of a scene in the charming back-country of the French Riviera by French artist Andree Lorenzo.

The colors reflect the calm and tranquil nature of the natural landscapes of the backcountry of the Cote d'Azur in France with its centuries old architecture. An architecture which always integrates the local stone and often sits on the peaks of hills and mountains.

We found this artwork while visiting our family in the South of France. We enjoyed the colors and subject matter. The compositions are also well proportioned to the page.
