This is a vintage bird print which almost 90 years old and was made in Europe in 1929. It is from the Scandinavian book, Svenka Faglar, and is based on the work by F. von Wright.
The colors are vibrant and sharp. This natural history print is a chromolithograph, which is a color image printed on stone using separate stones for the different colors. It is a very well executed print drawn and colored from the artist observations of birds in nature.
